On March 16 2026, the Customer Administration Portal will be updated with enhancements and fixes.
Emails will be triggered when the overall storage limit approaches 90% of the total allowed (based on the services you have), and then again once you hit the limit. You can view your current storage usage in the Enterprise Services, Storage section of the Customer Administration Portal.
Previously, the downloaded fax logs would typically only contain inbound records and records of outbound faxes you sent, but not outbound faxes sent by others. Going forward, the report will include all of the entries, but outbound destinations will be masked for faxes not sent by the report requestor. Those entries will have the destination numbers if the fax account has been enabled to allow Admins to see all outbound/inbound faxes on the account.
