On June 25 2026, the Customer Administration Portal will be updated with enhancements and fixes.
When using Text-to-Speech to generate prompt recordings, an additional second of silence is being added to the front of the recordings now to accommodate for some networks where the audio cuts through slower. This helps prevent customers from missing the first part of the prompt.
When requesting a fax or call recording download, the email containing the link to the file started with http instead of https. This has been corrected. Any http would be redirected to https, however, browsers were warning about the http reference.
Fixed an issue with the Announcement Repository where on initial loading, if the Service Announcements tab was clicked, the files in the default Location Announcements section would still be shown instead of refreshing with the files in the Service Announcements section.
