On June 18 2026, the Microsoft Operator Connect portal will be updated with enhancements.
A new enhancement has been added to allow for bulk return of numbers as well as bulk restoration of returned numbers. To use this option, choose Bulk Update from the sidebar menu, then click on Move to Return/Restore. Click the Download CSV link to download a template for this option. Carefully edit the template as it will include all numbers assigned to you. Any rows can be deleted from the CSV that you don’t want to change and leave only the ones you do want to change. Then save and re-upload the file.
Fixed an issue that occurred when activating a port for a group. Once activated, users sometimes couldn’t scroll down to activate other groups. This has been fixed.
If a number had some services like a directory listing applied, then was returned, the number would still show in the portal as an assigned number. This has been fixed.
In an upcoming release within the next 5–10 weeks, the minimum password length for Customer Administration Portal logins will increase to 16 characters to further enhance security. This only affects new passwords or password resets. Existing passwords will continue to be supported.
For additional security, use the 2FA feature to add an extra layer of security to your account.
