On June 18 2026, additional features and fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.
When editing any location names in Atlas for a customer, an error will be shown if a location name you try to create is the same as an existing location name.
The Assigned Number Lookup tool has been enhanced with some new features to make it easier to do multiple lookups and save the results of your search.
When doing repeated searches for numbers, you can now use the Clear button to remove all your previous entries instead of either manually removing each one or closing the dialog and reopening it.
A new Export button lets you download a CSV of the search results.
A new section has been added to Partner Setup that allows you to specify number ranges for DIDs that you don’t want to be returned. DIDs that fall within your specified ranges will instead be kept in your DID Management section and set with Aging status as before.
Note that number ranges that are not ported to us and instead are used with Partner trunks (denoted BYODID) do not need to be added to this list. Numbers that are already BYODID will never be returned and will always stay in your DID Management list.
To create a Protected Number range, go to Partner Setup in Atlas and click Add Range on the Basic Information page. Specify the beginning and ending numbers for the range, add a description and click the blue check mark.
When you cancel a service or customer, any numbers that fall in that range will not be returned. If the number is marked as Inteliquent, it will still say Return as the option. But the numbers will instead go to DID Management instead of Restore.
If a number in a protected range does need to be returned, this can be done within DID Management. Select the number(s) you want to return and click Return Number, then click Yes. A dialog will indicate that the number(s) are in the protected range. In order to return those, check the box next to each number or click Select All, then click Return Anyway.
The Add Numbers feature in DID Management allows you to add up to 50 numbers to your inventory at a time. However, it was also only allowing up to 50 available numbers in one rate center in total. This has been expanded now to 1000 available numbers per rate center, but still must be ordered at 50 per request.
In an upcoming release within the next 5–10 weeks, the minimum password length for Atlas and CAP logins will increase to 16 characters to further enhance security. This only affects new passwords or password resets. Existing passwords will continue to be supported.
For additional security, use the 2FA feature to add an extra layer of security to your account.
