In this release, you'll discover the brand-new AIXtend tools section in your Customer Administration Portal. Headlining this launch is our revolutionary new Agent designed for mass cloning of Busy Lamp Fields. The power is now in your hands: configure a single phone how you want it, and then unleash AIXtend to instantly replicate that setup across any number of users. It's that simple, that fast, and that efficient.
In the Customer Administration Portal, a new column has been added were you’ll find the new AIXtend BLF tool. Future AI tools will be added here that will further enhance and improve your UCaaS experience. Simply click the BLF icon on the phone you want to start from.
The new BLF tool opens in a new browser tab (note you may have to allow pop-ups for this site if your browser blocks launching it).
The current list of BLFs are shown in Current BLFs, with the Available Users list on the right. Click the + on any users you want to add to the list, or click the red X on any users you want to remove. In Current BLFs, you can select a user and rearrange the list. Click Save to keep your changes and update the phone. Once the phone is the way you want it, use the command prompt at the bottom to type in your prompt to copy this setup to other phones. A help section shows a list of useful prompts, such as “copy settings to @Test User 2”. Note that when you type @, the list of available users pops up so you don’t have to type it all. Just select the user from the list.
To copy these BLFs settings to select users, continue using @ to select the users:
Once you have chosen the users to copy the BLFs to, press Enter to execute the prompt. The Agentic AI agent will then work to apply the settings to the phones for those selected users!
Additional documentation will be available that will cover even more prompts. This is just the beginning of our Agentic AI journey with AIXtend!
Note that setting Shared Call Appearances will still be done by editing the settings on the user as is done currently.
Fixes
Update partial fax support for fax
When a fax is partially received, the partial faxes will now be shown in the list of faxes with a Status of Partially Received. There are multiple fax transmission scenarios that could result in only a partial fax, and all of those case are being handled now as well.
Fixed issue on Grandstream GXW devices where assigned ports were not shown
Fixed an issue where viewing a device in Bulk Updates, GXW Device User Assignment, was not showing previously set users.
