Product changes and fixes for Atlas
On February 26 2026, additional feature changes and fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.
Add more copy shortcuts to generic device credentials
Copy-to-clipboard icons are being added to each field in the SIP Configuration pop-up on generic devices for Enterprise customers making it easier and less error prone to grab what you need to program your device. This is also being added to the ATA configuration pop-up for Residential customers as well.
Disable tax calculation for all order documentation
When skipping the calculation of estimated taxes on a sales order, the generated order documentation PDF was still showing the taxes that had been calculated. Now when skipping estimated taxes, taxes will no longer be shown in any order documentation so it’s skipped everywhere.
Fixed issue where conference number does not show properly in DID management
When viewing numbers in DID Management, some numbers were showing as Assigned, but did not list a customer those were assigned to. These numbers are conference bridge numbers and will now show the correct customer assignment.
