Product changes and fixes for Atlas

On February 24, 2025 , additional feature changes and fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.

Updates

Coming soon: Enhanced Call Center Reporting

We’re excited to announce that a new and improved Call Center Reporting experience is on the horizon! Designed to provide deeper insights, enhanced analytics, and a more intuitive user interface, this upgrade will offer a powerful, streamlined way to track and optimize call center performance. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks as we prepare to roll out this major enhancement. In the meantime, keep an eye on your inbox for onboarding information and key transition dates!

Fax notification email enhancements

For the two fax notification emails (with and without attachment), the templates will be updated to show the fax account number and fax account name that the incoming fax was delivered to, along with the existing caller number that sent the fax. This will make it easier for those that are assigned to multiple fax accounts to determine which account the fax was received on. The email templates can be edited to whatever text you prefer after the templates are updated.

Branded Portal URL CNAME entries updated in Partner Setup

For partners with branded portals, the Partner Setup help info has been updated to reflect the correct CNAME entry you should enter in DNS to point your portal URL for each product type. Note that no updates are required for any existing portals.

DID management column sorting now applies across pages

In Atlas DID Management, the column sort will now be applied across multiple pages of entries whereas previously it only applied to the page of entries you were viewing.
