On February 26, 2024, the Customer Administration Portal will be updated with enhancements and fixes.
Support for an additional Webex seat package - Voyant Calling with Webex Softphone - has been added. When using this seat, the Webex client is trimmed down to only the calling portions of the client with all messaging and collaboration features removed. This applies to the desktop, mobile and tablet clients.
For UCaaS SIP Trunks, an issue was fixed where trunks with a large quantity of numbers would never load the SIP Trunking section in the Customer Administration Portal. Other sections of the portal were also impacted in this case, and those were fixed as well.
