On December 4, 2023, the Customer Administration Portal will be updated with enhancements and fixes.
When managing devices, Primer, Precision and Preferred seat types can now be configured to have no device. This is already the case when managing Preferred, Professional and any of the Webex seat options. Only the Fax Line option still requires a device.
This makes it easier when deploying a seat that is used as a only a voicemail box or call parking spot as you no longer have to choose at least the Generic SIP Device as a device option.
Fixed an issue where a new PBX with only Webex seats was not being provisioned with the standard hunt group and preventing any additional hunt groups from being created.
Fixed an issue with the Webex CSV upload where if only one email address was entered in the file, an error would occur with the Webex validation. A CSV file can now contain one or more entries and will validate properly.
If a user in Administration and Access was configured with an email alias such as user+testing@example.com, the triggered password reset email would go to +testing@example.com. This has been fixed to send to the full email alias.
