On December 7, 2020, we will make product updates to the Customer Administration Portal to include new features that enhance user functionality and improve user experience:
The ability to create Busy Lamp Fields (BLF) for Soft Client users or users with other devices with a premium seat type is now available in the Customer Administration Portal. Previously this was only supported for users with Polycom phones:
This setting is being allowed now regardless of the device type as the BLF feature has been exposed in the new officeXtend and nCommand Plus apps and will show in the Enterprise contacts in those apps. For users that have a BLF enabled, the call status of that user will be reflected in the soft clients. A future app update will organize users with BLFs for ease of use:
Fix - Issue With Using a Changed AA Extension
Fixed an issue where when changing an Auto Attendant extension, the new extension can’t be immediately used on a new rule on a Hunt Group.
Fix - Issue With Editing Call Center Profile
Fixed an issue where editing a Call Center profile page would show an error if the Company Main Number was pointed to the Call Center.
