On August 12, 2024, additional feature changes and fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.
The location that a Secure Voice service is assigned to can now be changed in Atlas in the Customers tab.
When entering a residential sales order in Atlas, a custom tag (this could be your own billing system ID, etc) was available to add to the sales order, and this would appear in the Customers tab on that customer account. The custom tag content will now be part of the monthly billing data as well as a new column.
Fixed an issue where a customer name that included an apostrophe was preventing the residential customer account from being cancelled.
The email template used to send an email to the new user when a seat was reassigned to them contained an incorrect Customer Administration Portal link for logging in. This has been fixed.
On August 31, 2024, the HP-Poly Trio 8800 conference phone will go end-of-sale for new purchases. Existing devices will still be allowed to be imported as a bring-your-own-device option and will continue to receive support.
The HP-Poly Trio 8300 conference phone will continue to be sold, along with the Yealink CP925 and Yealink CP965 conference phones.
With the end of support of the Panasonic TGP600 by the end of the year, we are removing the ability to add new or re-add existing devices as a BYOD (bring your own device) on August 30, 2024. All remaining devices need to be on a path to be replaced before these are removed at the end of December.
For Operator Connect customer sales orders, the primary location address now supports Canadian address formats:
The entered address will be verified similar to US addresses:
Note that as part of Canadian address support and to align with Microsoft restrictions, US DIDs can only be assigned to locations with US addresses and Canadian DIDs can only be assigned to locations with Canadian addresses.
