On August 26, 2022, additional feature changes and fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.
E911 address validation tool will now show PSAP information
To further help with address validations, the E911 address validation feature in the Atlas tools menu will provide public safety answering point (PSAP) information for the address entered.
The PSAP info is also shown if you use the CSV import option to validate multiple addresses at once.
Send LNP notifications to owner/creator of order
In this release, local number portability (LNP) order notification emails will include the LNP order owner as well as the Partner LNP Contact. Previously, notifications were only being sent to the LNP Contact.
Assigned number tool lookup issue
An issue preventing the search for 20 or more numbers in the assigned number lookup feature in the tools menu in Atlas was fixed.
