MMS MO content is provided in the MMS MO postback API of the HTTP/XML service. The <file> element contains a URL string that points to the location of the content on our servers. Using the MM7 API, we use MM7 interface which communicates to HTTP and uses SOAP/MIME/XML message format. MMS MO is sent using MM7_DeliverREQ.
