  1. You will need to purchase an inbound SMS number to receive replies, please contact your Account Manager for details on how to do this.

  2. Once an inbound SMS number has been configured on your account, you will be able to see replies in the ‘SMS response service’ tab.

An auto reply message can be set up to reply to any inbound messages received. Contact your Account Manager who can help you set this up.
