It is free for users to send social messages between friends and business channels when using LINE.
For a business to use a LINE official account to reach LINE users, a message fee will be charged when sending a push message. The fee differs between countries and depends on the monthly plan. Refer to LINE Official Account Subscription Plans section of the LINE for Business website to see the costs. Any fees will need to be paid directly to LINE.
To send LINE messages using Conversation API, you must have a license for the platform. Contact your Sinch Account Manager for pricing information and for any other questions.
