Problems adding an user

I need to resend the invitation expired to a new member to my SINCH account, but there is no way to do it.

 

I am trying to delete and create the user again or to add a new user but I am stuck because I am not receiving the 2FA text message. 

 

What can I do?

Hi Ivan,

There may be an issue with the number you used for 2FA. Refer to the following article for details on how to update your 2FA number: How do I update my 2FA phone number in the Sinch customer dashboard?
