Problem when connecting to instagram account

Hi there,
I am facing an issue when trying to connect to instagram account even though I have finished all the steps inside the popup.

A few troubleshooting steps are listed below, though we do recommend reading each article to determine what action best meets your needs:
- Ensure that the Instagram business account to be integrated with your Conversation API app is already connected to a Facebook Page.
- Ensure that you are an admin of the Facebook Page you connected to your Instagram business account. For more information on Page roles, see What are the different Page roles and what can they do?.
- When configuring the integration, provide all the necessary permissions to your Conversation API app (as detailed in step 8 of this article).
