Some services are country specific and are configured upon account creation to achieve the highest performance and delivery in those countries. As a result it is not possible to change the country after account creation.
However, you can create another account in another country using a different e-mail address and invite your main e-mail to the new account. You can switch between accounts from the account selector (highlighted in red) in the top bar:
