In most cases we do not recommend that you delete projects as the deletion process can have unwanted consequences depending on which products your project is using.

 

However, if you need to delete a project, before you issue the request you must ensure the below criteria are met and that you accept any responsibility for the risks involved:

  • Project was created by accident (either internally or externally) and is empty.
  • You understand that it is your responsibility to check that you have identified the correct project for deletion.
  • You have verified that there will be no impact on your services.

If you still wish to delete a project, please contact your Sinch Account Manager confirming:

  • the project ID for the project you want to delete
  • that you have made the necessary checks and accept the risk of any unintended consequences.

Note: You can find details of your Account Manager on the Help page on the Sinch Customer Dashboard.

 

Sinch will then proceed and process your request and confirm once the project has been deleted.
