Only administrators can edit or delete an existing tag.
To edit or delete an existing tag:
- Go to Conversations > Settings and select the Tags tab in the top menu.
- In the table, click the three dots
on the left side of the tag name and select Edit or Delete.
- Confirm your actions in the pop up.
