An agent activity report is a great tool for coaching call center agents. Luckily, there is a report template for this style in Akixi.

 

  1. Navigate to the reports menu
  2. Add Default Report
  3. Select Enhanced Call Center Report > ECCR Agent Reports Agent Activity (Counts) 
  4. This default report now appears in the ECCR Agent Reports folder

 

From here you can modify the report to show the fields, time, and filters as you wish.
