To invite another user to your Sinch Customer Dashboard account, take the following simple steps:

  1. Log in to the Sinch Build Dashboard and select your profile icon in the top right corner. Your profile menu is displayed:

    Click the User Management option.

  2. The User management page is displayed:

    To invite users to your account, click Invite users.

  3. The Invite a user form is displayed:

    Enter the e-mail addresses for the users you want to invite in the Email field and select a user type role for these users from the following options in the Role section:

    - Administrator 
    - Member
    - Support member
    - Limited member
    - User manager.

    The main attributes of each role are shown below each role. Refer to What user type roles are available? for a more detailed description of the different user type roles.

  4. Once you have completed the form, click Send x invite (where x is the number of invites you are sending) to send the invites to your specified users.
