How to find your tracking information on your orders
In Atlas, you can find tracking information for customers orders in the Customers tab:
- Find your customer in the Customers tab and open their record.
- Select Orders from the drop-down menu at the top.
- When you find the order, if it has a truck icon on the right hand side, the order is in flight.
- Click on the truck icon to open the tracking information on the delivery company's website.
