If a residential customer has failed to set up their login and password to their Residential Customer Admin Portal, you can send them a new welcome email with the Reset Password button by doing the following:

 

1. In Atlas, navigate to the Customer tab and look up the residential customer

2. Make sure you are on the Services drop-down

3. Press the "Reset Password" button under the Actions column

 

Ensure the customer's email address is correct and current in the Customer Address section at the top of the page, under Customer Details.
