Changing the status of aging numbers
When you assign numbers for a new enterprise in Atlas, it will generally pull numbers from your list, and if you are porting these numbers will only be used until the ports are complete. After this they move to Aging status for a couple of months just in case you need to turn them back.
You can force them out of Aging status in the Administration Tab. To do this, use the DID Management widget:
- Filter to find the aging numbers.
- Select the numbers you wish to make available.
- Press the Mark as Available button.
