To cancel an enterprise in Atlas, you can follow these steps.
Note: This is an irreversible process. Once you have sent the order to cancel, it cannot be undone. The only thing you can do is rebuild the customer from scratch.
- In Atlas, go to the Customer Tab
- Search to find any user in that enterprise
- Double click to open the Customer details screen
- Press the Cancel Enterprise button
- It will warn you about how many services they have, their start date, etc.
- To continue, press the Yes button.
- Next, it will check to verify which numbers your customer would like to port away.
- Once selected, press Cancel Enterprise to continue
- You will receive another warning, advising that after this point there is no return.
- Press Yes to proceed
- Atlas will now cancel the enterprise. This will take several minutes.
