Hi Tauben, thank you for your feedback. i don't really know. I signed up through our messengerpeople interface and and went to the chatbot tab. Here I had the choice of whether to edit my existing chatbot built in messengerpeople or create a new one via Sinch. I have now built it via Sinch. I can't find a reference to Chatlayer here. If you can tell me how to find it out, I'll do it. King Regards Torsten
