Hi The latest SDK version for Android is 5.10.7.   You can download this here: https://developers.sinch.com/docs/in-app-calling/sdk-downloads/   Version 4.8.6 is no longer available for download as there is a new major version, so please proceed with that.   Good luck with your project.   ...
