The following are some best practices for sending MT traffic using Sinch:
The SenderID should be at least 3 characters, and a maximum of 11 characters for alphanumeric and 18 for numeric senderIDs.
Do not use any first names as your senderID, such as "Karen", "Anna" etc.
Check our https://dashboard.sinch.com/sms/country-information page if there is a need for pre-registration, or regulations that need to be followed.
Avoid using the word(s) "Test", "Testing" in your content and senderID.
Configure your platform to match the SMS throughput set by Sinch on your account - this information will be shared by your Sinch Account Manager.
