How can I use Text-to-Speech?

With the text-to-speech REST API, you can trigger a call to be placed to a fixed or mobile phone number and play a synthesized text message.

OAS API specification:

• Text To Speech Callout – Send speech in a call.
• Run Menu – IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Menu system, logic based menu system to take input from user in form of DTMF tones or speech recognition.
