Branded Call Display – Allows a brand’s logo to be displayed on calls to cell phones, which helps improve customer engagement
Spoofed Call Protection – Blocks calls that attempts to spoof a customer’s phone number, which helps prevent spoofers from using your brand
Caller Name Optimization – Mitigate having calls from legitimate numbers being tagged as spam, which helps customer engagement
Requirements
- Customer must have a commercial agreement and relationship with TransUnion, who provides these three services
- Customer must have a commercial agreement with Sinch for Elastic SIP Trunks and use Elastic SIP Trunks for outbound calling
- Customer must have Sinch phone numbers
- Sinch will provide call authentication for the customer through an API call to TransUnion that includes customer call information to enable these services
- Applicable numbers must be configured in the TransUnion portal
