To configure your campaigns settings: 

 

  1. Go to Campaigns > Settings.
  2. In the Campaigns customer subscription field, select how you want campaigns subscription to be activated for a customer: 
    • Any first message activates a customer for campaigns: Regardless of the message the customer sends to your company's phone number or chatbot, they will be subscribed to the campaigns you send. 
    • Special message activates a customer for campaigns: Only sending a specific word you define will subscribe the customer to your campaigns. 
      Define the word in the Campaigns subscription word field. 
  3. In the Welcome message for campaigns subscription field, enter the message you would like your customers to receive when they subscribe to your campaigns
  4. In the Unsubscription confirmation message for campaigns field, enter the message you would like your customers to receive when they unsubscribe from your campaigns.
    To unsubscribe, the customer needs to send message "Stop".
