What to cover in a demo to potential UCaaS customers
It takes just a few minutes to provide an effective demonstration of the Customer Administration Portal to a prospective customer.
The following points of advice will help you give an effective and impactful demo:
- Time: Try to keep the demo under 10 minutes. The point is not to show everything the portal can offer, but highlight the things that are most impactful to the client.
- PBX: Use a demo PBX that you have built. It can have can have additional features on it than the ones you want to highlight for the demo.
- Scope: Keep it to a few topics. The most effective demos include Location, Administration, Reporting and Enterprise Services.
