Invoices are generated between the 4th and 8th working day of each month for the previous month usage. Generally, the invoices are sent by email to a customer’s registered email address.

 

To receive invoices on another email address, please contact your Account Manager to update the registered email address. The email id of your Account Manager can be found at the bottom right of your invoice or in the Account details section on the Sinch Customer Dashboard.
