Search for available phone numbers with `capabilities` param

I’m trying to find Brazil Local numbers with SMS capability. But in response, I get phone numbers that support only the voice.

We only have numbers in Brazil with Voice capabilities available for purchase in the dashboard. If you want to buy a number with SMS capabilities, you need to contact your account manager for assistance.

In my app implemented the search of phone numbers with filtering according to capabilities. I think it would be logical to give an empty result if there are no such phone numbers for purchase.
