The Conversation API supports sending template messages where all or parts of the message content is pre-defined. The message templates can also contain dynamic content which is populated when sending the message using template parameters.

An omni-channel message template can be used to send messages on any channel supported by the Conversation API. Omni-channel messages can be created and managed using either the Template Management API or the Message Composer in the Sinch Customer Dashboard.
