There are two ways you can stop receiving results from Smart Conversations:

  • Remove the webhook trigger
  • Update the configuration of your Conversation API app

Smart Conversations is only configurable on the Sinch Customer Dashboard. If you have signed up with Sinch, you will see the configuration options available on your Conversation API app.
