Pre-paid customers are those who sign up themselves using the Sinch Dashboard and are referred to as Online customers. They make payments in advance of using Sinch services by adding credit online using the dashboard.
At the end of each month, a prepay summary report showing usage throughout the month (or if you are based in Brazil, a sales invoice) is generated and sent by email to the registered email recipient. Alternatively, you can download the prepay summary report after its been generated from the Invoice section, which is in the Billing section in Sinch's customer dashboard.
The summary report (or sales invoice for Brazil) contains a usage summary displayed in accordance with the tax and legal requirements of a customer’s registered country.
