The detailed steps to onboard WhatsApp are outlined below:
Step 1 - Register on the platform
- Click on Sign up option and register a valid email;
- Go to your registered email inbox and accept the invitation sent to you;
- Set up a name for your account and a password.
After successful registration, you can access Customer Service Global to generate your request.
Step 2 - Select and fill in the form
Step 3 - Accept the privacy policies
- Once you have completed all the information in the form, you must accept the "Privacy Policy" by checking the box and clicking Send.
Step 4 - The ticket is generated
- A ticket number is immediately generated, which you can use to manage and follow up on your request.
