Admin ability to see all faxes
Currently, only the person that sent a fax can see the full list of faxes on a fax account. A new Administrative setting is available that permits an Admin to view all outgoing faxes on a specific fax account. The setting is available per fax account in the Configuration tab.
When the “Allow admin to see all outgoing faxes” option is selected and saved in the fax account configuration, Admin accounts can then see all sent and received faxes. If an End User logs into the portal and chooses to send a fax, they will see a new banner indicating that the Administrator can see faxes sent from that account.
