On December 6th and the 16th, 2024, the Customer Administration Portal was updated with enhancements and fixes.
For Personal Fax packages in the Cloud Business Fax solution, those accounts can now be reassigned to a different user.
A warning is noted that when reassigning a personal fax account, all current faxes on the account will be removed. This is to prevent a new user from getting access to faxes they shouldn’t.
New billing menus have been exposed to allow for setting up auto-pay by credit card or making one-time payments via a credit card, as well as showing your previous payment history:
