To invite a new user to your account on the Sinch Customer Dashboard:
- Log in to the Sinch Customer Dashboard
- Click the Profile icon. Click User Management:
- The User Management page is displayed:
Click INVITE USER.
- The Invite users dialog is displayed:
Enter the email address(es) for the user(s) you want to invite in the Email field. Select the role you want to assign to the user(s) from the Role section. Click SEND INVITE.
Enter the verification code that will be sent to your 2FA number. Click VERIFY.
- The invited user(s) will be shown in the Users list:
The invited user(s) will be sent an email asking them to complete the invite process.
