Hopefully not a daft q....I've ended up here through reading up on IAS/IPS enablement with SuccessFactors, and specifically SMS based 2FA. I'm interested in setting this up on one of our internal systems so we can improve our understanding of options and opportunities for our customers. I read that an Authentication 365 account is a pre-req but haven't spotted where to go to request one. Any pointers please? 🙂
Many thanks for your question. I will pass this on to our SAP Authentication 365 Product Manager - who will respond to you.
I am the Product Owner for Authentication 365. Thank you for reaching out. You are correct in that to use Authentication 365 as an option to SAP IAS, you'll need to have an Authentication 365 account first. You'll also need to have an SMS Account as well to deliver the SMS messages with the validation code and message (all customizable in SAP IAS).
I will reach out to you directly via email and we can continue our conversation.
Please email me at email@example.com. Also, we'd need to know what countries you would like to send 2FA messages with validation codes that are initiated from SAP IAS. We would also be interested in a rough estimate of the monthly volumes.
Do you already have a SAP IAS tenant activated, but would just like to add 2FA via Authentication 365?
Many thanks in advance.
We’re interested at implementing (IAS/IPS and SF) for a client of ours and would like to know the steps and cost to this. Could we have some more info? We tried to setup using demo/test account but with no luck.
