10DLC Campaign Reviews
Sinch continues our focus on providing low-cost, high-quality solutions for our clients. As such, historically Sinch has absorbed various system & 3rd party costs associated with performing 10DLC campaign reviews. Sinch understands our clients have enjoyed this benefit, and we have been delighted to extend this benefit up until this point. However, as 10DLC adoption & popularity has increased, regulatory obligations have also heightened. To meet the demands of current and future 10DLC expectations, the diligence required to continue executing the same quality level has resulted in the need for Sinch to adjust our fee structure to accommodate the needs of our Clients & the demands of the ecosystem.
Accordingly, Sinch is implementing a $15 (fifteen) campaign review submission fee for each campaign review submission. Your preparedness for this cost adjustment is important to us therefore the effective date for these fees will begin September 1, 2026. Any review fee charges will be reflected beginning on your October invoice.
Rest assured, our Service Implementation team remains committed to delivering a timely and reliable review process where the current 3–5 business day turn-around remains unchanged.
Below you will find FAQ information. We are hoping this information will provide clarity around what's changing and details around the program.

If your campaign requires multiple review cycles, it will receive additional attention from senior reviewers to ensure previous feedback has been addressed and to identify any remaining compliance issues. Our goal is to provide clear, actionable guidance, the first time, which helps you achieve approval as efficiently as possible.
Yes. Campaigns that require multiple review cycles (more than 2) will be internally routed to senior reviewers and, when appropriate, to your Account Manager. This additional level of review helps ensure consistent feedback, identifies recurring compliance issues, and provides customers with additional guidance before resubmission.
If a campaign reaches its fifth review, it is escalated beyond the standard review process. At that point, your Account Manager may work directly with you, together with our SI or Compliance team, to review outstanding issues, answer questions, and help ensure your next submission has the best possible chance of approval.
Yes. Each campaign review submission is subject to the standard review fee. However, once a campaign has been routed to senior reviewers, our teams work more closely with you to help resolve outstanding compliance issues and reduce the likelihood of additional review cycles.
Campaigns that require several review cycles often involve recurring compliance issues, incomplete information, or complex use cases. Routing these campaigns allows senior reviewers and Account Managers to collaborate with customers, provide more personalized guidance, and improve the likelihood of approval.
The best way to minimize review fees is to submit a complete and compliant campaign the first time. Carefully reviewing carrier requirements, providing clear opt-in and opt-out workflows, accurate message examples, and detailed use case descriptions can significantly improve first-time approval rates. If your campaign requires additional reviews, we encourage you to address all reviewer feedback before resubmitting.
