How does NLU work?

Natural Language Understanding (NLU) supports the following two engines:

Chatlayer's NLP engine: a general-purpose chatbot was created using prebuilt intents available on Chatlayer, and its NLP engine has already been trained by us.
Ludwig: an NLP engine developed by Sinch to be fully managed using the API. Before using it, you should already have some real training data - preferably from real users, but handcrafted data will also suffice. The NLP engine will be trained using your dataset.

In both cases, 100+ languages are supported.
