&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to the reports menu&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Add Default Report&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select Enhanced Call Center Report &amp;gt; ECCR Agent Reports Agent Activity (Counts)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;This default report now appears in the ECCR Agent Reports folder&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From here you can modify the report to show the fields, time, and filters as you wish.&lt;/P&gt;
