    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have had reports in the Broadsoft Supervisor Reporting system and want to replicate them in Akixi, there are a few things to note.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Most of the metrics from the older reports can be located in Akixi
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open Reporting&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press the &lt;STRONG&gt;Add Default Report&lt;/STRONG&gt; button at the bottom of the window&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Choose from one of the Enhanced Call Center Reports that most closely matches your original report&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;This adds it to the library of available reports, select it for display from the appropriate folder (labeled ECCR Agent Reports or ECCR Call Center Reports)&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;All Akixi reports can be modified to add, delete, or change the metrics displayed&lt;/SPAN&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When the report is showing, press the &lt;STRONG&gt;Modify this report and review/change all filter parameters&lt;/STRONG&gt; button to open the Modify Report window&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Remove any metrics you don't want to view&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Add any new metrics&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Reorder the metrics how you prefer&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
