&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In the menu on the left, click on Location&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Scroll down and click on All locations or select the location menu item&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click on the Manage Phone System tab&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Locate the user with the search box in the upper right-hand corner of the Locations window&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Once the user is located, in the Action column, click the green Edit button&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In the Manage Settings pop-up that appears, click the Messaging tab&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Next, click the Voice Portal link&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;To the far right of the Voicemail Pass Code, enter a new Voicemail passcode&lt;/LI&gt;
