&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Log into the Customer Administration Portal using the link provided by your provider.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In the menu on the left, click on &lt;STRONG&gt;Location&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Scroll down and click on All locations or select the location&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click on the &lt;STRONG&gt;Manage Phone System&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In search box in the upper right-hand corner, search by username or phone number&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In the Extension column on the far left, click on the extension link to change.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can find the rules for extension numbering with the small (i) icon.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
