The user must be provisioned with one of the following seats:

Voyant Calling with Webex Basic

Voyant Calling with Webex Standard

Voyant Calling with Webex Premium

Note: After the user is created they need to have Webex enabled with the Customer Admin Portal and the user needs to sign into Webex.

After the user has successfully logged into Webex they are now able to integrate it with
Microsoft Teams.

Within Microsoft Teams go to the Apps Icon located in the left panel. From there type in “Cisco
Call” and install the application.

Note: if you don’t see it or can’t install Cisco Call please reach out to your company’s Microsoft
Administrator for access.

Once you have Cisco Call installed you will then need to log into Webex with the same
credentials you just used for your computer.

You need to put your email in twice. (It’s an integration thing).

After that you will be logged in and ready to utilize calling within Microsoft Teams.

To create less confusion, you should instruct users to Unpin the default calling Icon on the left and to pin the Cisco Call icon in the left-handed toolbar. Simply right click on the icons to Pin and Unpin:

Note: even though you are using Microsoft Teams for calling, you still need to have the Webex Application open on the computer.
